DRAG ARROWS TO SHOW BEFORE AND AFTER

Boardroom

The unique shape of the building allowed the creation of interesting spaces for meeting rooms and the board room. A porcelain panel makes a luxurious focal point at the end of the suite.

Banking

The banking area was last updated in the 1980’s and it showed. A revised plan put tellers in a more prominent position, added a floating stair to the executive suite and installed finishes more in keeping with the mid-century modern building style.

Lobby

Dingy and dated finishes are replaced with a clean fresh attitude and some serious art.

Exterior

The exterior of the building had always been handsome, but decades of deferred maintenance and misguided attempts at improvement left it looking slightly shabby. Replacing all windows with insulated units, more dramatic lighting and cleaning the facades as well as tidying up the landscape made a huge difference.
