Before: This charming old farmhouse had been added and amended several times but still had limited public spaces and very rustic finishes; After: The porch on the right of the image is in exactly the same spot as the original porch. A new two story two bed three bath pool house is now added with wraparound decks to take advantage of the private lake views.
Boathouse
A new boathouse was constructed on 80 piers driven into the lake bed after the lake was drained. It houses up to 6 fishing and pleasure boats, two jet skis, a fish cleaning station and a screened second floor pavilion with slide to the water below.
